Cancellation Policy

At Glenoxe Beauty, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure fast delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you would like to make a change or have a question about your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to make changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, we are no longer able to process any changes or cancellations.
